The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher USP44 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP44 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.
GBM and LUAD are the cancer types where USP44 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
