Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,722 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP43-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP43_S818, USP43_S766, and TRAF4. Each is linked with USP43 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP43-to-partner and partner-to-USP43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP43 versus USP43_S818 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP43→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
