Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,750 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP43-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, ATP1B2, and PCAT19. Each is linked with USP43 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP43-to-partner and partner-to-USP43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF2 grouped by USP43-low versus USP43-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP43→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
