Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,392 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP43-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cell-cell junction, Bundle of His cell to Purkinje myocyte communication, and Regulation of ventricular cardiac muscle cell action potential. Each is linked with USP43 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP43-to-partner and partner-to-USP43 results are reported.
