USP42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,956 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP42-associated genes across cancer lineages are PINCR, MTND5P22, and RNA5SP190. Each is linked with USP42 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP42-to-partner and partner-to-USP42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PINCR grouped by USP42-low versus USP42-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP42→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
