Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,897 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP37-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM77BP, TUBB4BP1, and RN7SKP181. Each is linked with USP37 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP37-to-partner and partner-to-USP37 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM77BP grouped by USP37-low versus USP37-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP37→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
