Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP35 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated USP35 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher USP35 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP35 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ESCA, UCEC, and SCLC are the cancer types where USP35 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
