The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher USP35 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP35 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PDAC show a favorable association.
LUAD, HNSC, and PDAC are the cancer types where USP35 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
