Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,097 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP33-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR153-1, IPO5P1, and RNU1-62P. Each is linked with USP33 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP33-to-partner and partner-to-USP33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR153-1 grouped by USP33-low versus USP33-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP33→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
