USP32P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP32P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,689 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP32P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM106A, SRP68P2, and CCDC144B. Each is linked with USP32P2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP32P2-to-partner and partner-to-USP32P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP32P2 versus FAM106A in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.96.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP32P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP32P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
