USP32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,275 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP32-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMG20B, TEDC2, and STARD4. Each is linked with USP32 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP32-to-partner and partner-to-USP32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMG20B grouped by USP32-low versus USP32-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP32→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
