USP32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 316 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP32-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPPA5, OR12D2, and DYNAP. Each is linked with USP32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP32-to-partner and partner-to-USP32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPPA5 grouped by USP32-low versus USP32-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP32→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
