USP31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,738 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCL2_S1113, KIF13B, and VSNL1. Each is linked with USP31 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP31-to-partner and partner-to-USP31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP31 versus PLCL2_S1113 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP31→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
