Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,647 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP31-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFKFB4, PDE1A, and NPY. Each is linked with USP31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP31-to-partner and partner-to-USP31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP31 versus PFKFB4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP31→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
