Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,229 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP31-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC5, PSMD9, and PSMB2. Each is linked with USP31 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP31-to-partner and partner-to-USP31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFC5 grouped by USP31-low versus USP31-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP31→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
