USP31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 753 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP31-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCY2D, OR10W1, and SERPINA7. Each is linked with USP31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP31-to-partner and partner-to-USP31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCY2D grouped by USP31-low versus USP31-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP31→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
