Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP30 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated USP30 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher USP30 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM and LUAD are the cancer types where USP30 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
