USP30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,046 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, DDAH2, and LIG3. Each is linked with USP30 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP30-to-partner and partner-to-USP30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP30 versus VEZF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP30→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
