Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP30 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,083 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP30-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETS1, ZC3H12A, and IL18. Each is linked with USP30 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP30-to-partner and partner-to-USP30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP30 versus ETS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP30→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
