Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP30 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP30-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eIF4E, and FoxM1. Each is linked with USP30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP30-to-partner and partner-to-USP30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by USP30-low versus USP30-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP30→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
