Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP30-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated USP30-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher USP30-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP30-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and CESC show a favorable association.

SKCM, CESC, and OV are the cancer types where USP30-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
