USP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,190 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF23, KNL1, and FANCI. Each is linked with USP3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP3-to-partner and partner-to-USP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP3 versus KIF23 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
