Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, INPP4B, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with USP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP3-to-partner and partner-to-USP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by USP3-low versus USP3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
