Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,360 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Granzyme-mediated apoptotic signaling pathway, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, and Amelogenesis. Each is linked with USP3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP3-to-partner and partner-to-USP3 results are reported.
