USP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCY2F, TBR1, and C9orf153. Each is linked with USP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP3-to-partner and partner-to-USP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCY2F grouped by USP3-low versus USP3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
