USP26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP26 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP26-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, c-Met, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with USP26 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP26-to-partner and partner-to-USP26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by USP26-low versus USP26-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP26→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
