USP26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 456 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP26-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL40, SPATA19, and CLDN34. Each is linked with USP26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP26-to-partner and partner-to-USP26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL40 grouped by USP26-low versus USP26-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP26→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
