USP24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,729 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HB, WRNIP1, and AQR. Each is linked with USP24 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP24-to-partner and partner-to-USP24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP24 versus P4HB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP24→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
