Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,149 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP24-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRPF38A, KIF2C, and PARS2. Each is linked with USP24 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP24-to-partner and partner-to-USP24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP24 versus PRPF38A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP24→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
