Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP24 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP24-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 4E-BP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with USP24 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP24-to-partner and partner-to-USP24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by USP24-low versus USP24-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP24→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
