USP24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 410 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP24-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4X2, OR11H1, and OR9K2. Each is linked with USP24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP24-to-partner and partner-to-USP24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4X2 grouped by USP24-low versus USP24-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP24→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
