USP21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,021 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, DHX9, and CDC73. Each is linked with USP21 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP21-to-partner and partner-to-USP21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP21 versus GATAD2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
