Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 927 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP21-associated genes across cancer lineages are LETM1, PTMAP4, and RN7SL607P. Each is linked with USP21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP21-to-partner and partner-to-USP21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LETM1 grouped by USP21-low versus USP21-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
