USP21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP21 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP21-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and MSH6. Each is linked with USP21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP21-to-partner and partner-to-USP21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by USP21-low versus USP21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
