Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,969 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPA, P4HB, and TBC1D13. Each is linked with USP20 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP20-to-partner and partner-to-USP20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP20 versus PTPA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP20→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
