The most reproducible USP20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP264, MIA-RAB4B, and IPPK. Each is linked with USP20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP20-to-partner and partner-to-USP20 results are reported.
