Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,009 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP19-associated genes across cancer lineages are NR2C2, EXOC7, and TRAK1. Each is linked with USP19 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP19-to-partner and partner-to-USP19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP19 versus NR2C2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
