Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,058 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP19-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFT1, ATRIP, and CCDC12. Each is linked with USP19 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP19-to-partner and partner-to-USP19 results are reported.
