Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,093 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP19-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAH, RPS26P30, and PIMREG. Each is linked with USP19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP19-to-partner and partner-to-USP19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YWHAH grouped by USP19-low versus USP19-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
