Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,233 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleosome disassembly, P-body assembly, and Nuclear export. Each is linked with USP19 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP19-to-partner and partner-to-USP19 results are reported.
