Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 923 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP19-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSH1, DEFB125, and TLE6. Each is linked with USP19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP19-to-partner and partner-to-USP19 results are reported.
