Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP17L19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP17L19-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRNR2L5, USP17L20, and USP17L18. Each is linked with USP17L19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP17L19-to-partner and partner-to-USP17L19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP17L19 versus MTRNR2L5 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP17L19→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP17L19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
