USP17L11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP17L11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 160 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP17L11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTS19, NOTCH2, and HEPACAM2. Each is linked with USP17L11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP17L11-to-partner and partner-to-USP17L11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS19 grouped by USP17L11-low versus USP17L11-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP17L11→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP17L11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
