The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher USP17L11 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP17L11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and OV are the cancer types where USP17L11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
