Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP17L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,804 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP17L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein poly-ADP-ribosylation, Appendage morphogenesis, and Negative regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with USP17L1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP17L1-to-partner and partner-to-USP17L1 results are reported.
