Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP17L1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated USP17L1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher USP17L1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP17L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as TGCT and UCS show a favorable association.

COAD, THCA, and BLCA are the cancer types where USP17L1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
