Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP17L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 711 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP17L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen, Retina layer formation, and Regulation of pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with USP17L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP17L1-to-partner and partner-to-USP17L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen grouped by USP17L1-low versus USP17L1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
