Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,243 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3135A, NKAPD1, and SRP19. Each is linked with USP16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP16-to-partner and partner-to-USP16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3135A grouped by USP16-low versus USP16-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
