Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,111 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of translational elongation, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid segregation, and Regulation of sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with USP16 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP16-to-partner and partner-to-USP16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of translational elongation grouped by USP16-low versus USP16-high in URINARY_TRACT.
