Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,583 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic spindle assembly, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition. Each is linked with USP14 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP14-to-partner and partner-to-USP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Meiotic spindle assembly grouped by USP14-low versus USP14-high in PANCREAS.
